The Partners
Aryoputro Nugroho is the founder of A.R.Y and Partners that act as on behalf of the firm as the Managing Partner. He graduated Business Law Degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and in continuance, he studied Intellectual Property Law master’s degree from University of Indonesia in 2010 with dissertation tittle a future moral rights copyright protection aims royalty calculation for underwater photography.
He started as corporate lawyer and joined Pradjoto & Associates Law Firm in 2006, there, he was working adviser for corporate, banking, debtor, and commercial matters. He left his last position in Pradjoto & Associates Law Firm to join Coldwell Banker Indonesia, one of the biggest real estate consultants in Indonesia where he positions as Legal Manager and Corporate Relation.
During as corporate lawyer and counsel, his main responsibility to commercial issues, he has successfully advices for several Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project, acquisition of shares and assets of property. He has active and capable to provide comprehensive contract negotiation at both the national and international levels by overseeing all necessary regulations, for Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Indosat Tbk, Twitter Indonesia, PT Hutchinson 3 Indonesia, CEO Tower, Conoco Phillips, Telkom VOIP Project, Sahid Group, J Trust Investments, Cibinong City Mall, Victoria Bank, Kendal Court (Singapore) Pte, Ltd and many more.
Currently, Aryoputro Nugroho has been active for sharing as a Speaker to promoting Mediation as one of the famous non-litigation procedures for settlement resolutions, in 2019 until now. He has been promoted as the Executive Director by the International Mediation and Arbitration Center (IMAC) in Jakarta. He also as qualified member of The Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI), Indonesian Mediation Center (Pusat Mediasi Nasional) since 2009 and had Training of Trainers (T.O.T) license qualification from Indonesia Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung) to teach mediator profession candidates.
He also been acquired a certification profession as Legal Auditor from Asosiasi Auditor Hukum Indonesia (ASAHI). A group that is well known for Legal Audit activities for state entity on compliance profiling or company when it comes to sale and purchase transaction profiling for further consideration. He continue his training and qualified with a certification in the mining industry that organized and held by Justitia Training Center and by the Association of Indonesian Mining Legal Consultant (Persatuan Konsultan Hukum Pengacara Pertambangan Indonesia/PERKHAPPI)
Ratnaning Wulandari is the founder of A.R.Y and Partners. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2006. She studied Master of Law from University of Indonesia with satisfying predicate in 2017 with dissertation title of the set aside for international arbitration awards. She started her experience as lawyer in general commercial/corporate and general litigation practice area. Afterwards, she has successfully provided commercial knowledge and prior litigation experience for assist clients to adopt a more practical approach to negotiations. Apart from focusing the commercial law, she has accomplished litigation and an expert in all aspect of banking law, telecommunication, and construction law.
Prior to joining the Firm, she has conducted as Partner in litigation law firm in Jakarta since 2017 and she has also received placement as Second man in house lawyer or litigation counsel at PT Rabobank International Indonesia and assisted by Rabobank in various commercial and bankruptcy law matters. Currently, she has advised some of variety of insurance law, oil and gas law and banking law matters including with drafting of project specifics commercial contracts, contract negotiations, amicable settlement, compliance matters with including for assist and represent Clients for several periodic reports to Government institutions (ESDM and BKPM), claims, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Ratnaning Wulandari is a qualified member of The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (Institute Penimbangtara Malaysia) since 2015 and recently still on-going process to the fellow certified. She has Mediator certification from The Indonesia Institute of Mediation (BAMI) and qualified Advocated member of The Association of Indonesian Advocates (PERADI) since 2010.
Yanuar is a Partner of A.R.Y and Partners. He graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia with Cum-laude predicated with thesis background of the Intellectual Property Law, the Thesis is titled “Judicial Review of the Protection of a design form of a blue print into three dimensional form with according to Indone- sian Intellectual Property Law”. Before joining to the Firm, he began as corporate legal counsel at Indonesian Master Franchise Holder of Coldwell Banker Property Trademark in 2012. He has dealing with several industrial relation matters, corpo- rate matters, and various complexity of the compliance matters and regulations.
He has represented the previous law firm career as corporate lawyer and he has been practicing in several areas of the general corporate, project and finance, intellectual property, commercial litigation, civil litigation, and judicial review in one of the Top Law Firm in Indonesia. He main practice focuses on corporate law, commercial law, banking law and finance law. He has depth of knowledges and technical expertise’s for Legal Due Diligence (LDD), Restructuring of Loan, General Bonds and Global Medium Term Note Program (GMTN), Government Securities (SUKUK) based on Syariah law, and many conducts reporting the Legal Due Diligences for several domestic and foreign companies.
Prior joining the Firm, he has advocacy some various cases at the Legal Aid Center -University Catholic of Atma Jaya in Jakarta. During at time, He has handled various commercial litigation, civil litigation, and criminal litigation. He also as qualified member of The Association of Indonesia Advocates (PERADI) since 2015.
